If you experience a hardware fault within the vendor warranty period, we will come out to your premise, test the hardware and manage the replacement process for you.

And if it looks like you’re going to be down too long, we will provide you with a temporary replacement to keep your business up and running.

As part of managing your IT service, we will also manage the support relationship with your Vendor.

So if you experience any issues with hardware, software or devices you have a single contact to take ownership and resolve the issue as fast as possible.
