9/04/14: Web and Financial Security Alert – Heartbleed Exploit.

An exploit to a commonly used security function called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) has been identified. This impacts many versions of a commonly used SSL platform called Open SSL.

So what does this mean to you? Currently if your store is using one of the vulnerable versions of SSL you need to take it offline immediately and resolve the issue. Credit cards, customer information or any private information which is captured by your store can be stolen currently!
